There are 2 things that need to be in place to ensure that your website can 'go live'.
1) You have your domain name server settings pointing to our servers. If you registered your domain name through another Registrar (ie you did not buy it through us), you would need to ensure that the DNS settings are correct. You should remove any existing name servers, and add ours: dns.bizsiteservice.com and dns2.bizsiteservice.com
2) You have added your domain name to be setup on your site. To do this, click on the large 'domain' button in your sitebuilder console. Then select whether it is an existing domain you would like to add (ie you already own it) or a new domain name. Add your domain name (without the www) and submit.
Once both of these actions have been done, you should find your website up and running within 24 hours. However, if you still have isues, please just contact us
